Archos company has announced a new archros series namely 70c eReader. The Archos 70c eReader is multimedia device with features Adobe DRM support for download and read all compatible formats eBooks, integrated with video, music and photo player functions.

Archos 70c eReader tablet is powered by 600MHz CPU, 4GB internal storage capacity, a 7-inch TFT resistive touch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixel, up to 16GB SD slot to extend memory and running on Android 2.1. You can also browse the web, download apps and Bookmarks Manager for manage your library, set bookmarks, and rotate the screen in portrait or landscape mode.

Other feature of Archos 70c includes USB 2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, built-in speakers, headphone jack, accelerometer, and Li-Ion 2400 mAh battery that provide 10 hours of playback, 6 hours of video. The Archos 70 tablet also supports MP3, FLAC, OGG, WAV music file, and MPEG-4 AVI, FLV, MPG, RM, RMVB, FLV, MP4, DAT, VOB, MKV, MOV (up to HD 720p) for video file and 18 hours of music.
